These terms apply to the public Wirelink Systems marketing website. They do not replace a subscription agreement, order form, service-level agreement, deployment statement of work or other product-specific contract for Omnia or Noriqa.
Product and pricing information
Product descriptions explain intended platform capabilities at a high level. Availability can depend on configuration, market, commercial availability, integration support and deployment requirements.
Omnia prices are presented as standard monthly platform plans in Brazilian reais. Noriqa prices are indicative starting prices in US dollars and depend on sites, modules, integrations and deployment requirements. Published website information is not a binding quote or an acceptance of an order.
Acceptable use
You may access the website for legitimate informational and business purposes. You must not:
- attempt to bypass, probe or disrupt site security or availability;
- submit malicious code, automated spam, credentials or unlawful material;
- misrepresent an affiliation with Wirelink Systems or its products; or
- use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Site content and marks
The Wirelink Systems, Omnia and Noriqa names, the website design, written content and original visual compositions may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Access to the site does not grant a license to reproduce or use protected materials beyond ordinary viewing, sharing a link, or uses permitted by law.
Availability and external services
The public site may change, be interrupted or contain links to third-party services. Wirelink does not control those third-party services. References to integrations describe intended or potential interoperability and are subject to the relevant provider, market and commercial conditions.
The contact endpoint validates and delivers inquiries submitted through the public contact form. Sending an inquiry does not by itself create a product, subscription or support relationship.
Changes to these terms
These website terms may be revised as the public site and product offerings evolve. The date at the top identifies the current version. Product use, paid services and enterprise deployments should be governed by the specific commercial terms presented for that engagement.
